SOMA explores vulnerability and obsession in “RAW,” her intense new single produced by Danny Duke.

Australian hip-hop innovator SOMA unveils her latest work, “RAW,” a gripping single that explores emotional wreckage with stunning lyrical clarity. A follow-up to her acclaimed debut Cobra, the new release dives headfirst into the intimate territory of obsession and heartbreak.

“RAW” fuses fierce poetry with a pulsing undercurrent of seductive production by Danny Duke. Together, they craft a soundscape that’s immersive and intense — a vessel for SOMA’s deeply personal narrative.

“I wanted to capture that feeling of knowing something is breaking you, but not being able to pull away,” SOMA notes. “It’s not just about love, it’s about the parts of ourselves we protect, and what happens when we stop hiding.”

What stands out is how SOMA wields vulnerability as power. Her flow is deliberate, her message sharp. There’s no room for pretense — only presence.
