Lorna Reid’s “I Will Tell Your Story” now on vinyl, celebrating jazz’s timeless emotion and craftsmanship.

I Will Tell Your Story, the new album from jazz vocalist and songwriter Lorna Reid, is a heartfelt journey across jazz, blues, and soul. Released on vinyl for the first time, the album comprises 11 original tracks that balance storytelling with sonic elegance.

Recorded entirely in Scotland, the album features production by Boo Hewerdine and performances from leading musicians including Euan Stevenson, Konrad Wisniewski, and Louise Clare Marshall. The title track evokes vintage jazz in its truest form—horns, emotion, and soul wrapped in modern finesse.

BBC Radio Scotland spotlighted the album with praise: “This album is simply great, soulful, grown-up song craft.”

With her first single “Sweet Baby Blues” released last year, Reid laid the emotional groundwork for what would become a defining statement of her artistry. The vinyl version includes exclusive artwork, lyric inserts, and high-fidelity pressing—a collector’s piece and listening experience in one.
