Daya’s new single “Infrared” reflects a bold evolution as she marks ten years in music.

Daya opens a new creative chapter with the release of “Infrared,” available now via ONErpm. It’s the Grammy winner’s first single in a year, offering fans a vivid look into her evolving sound and self-expression.

The song’s emotional layers are at the heart of Daya’s vision. “‘Infrared’ captures this bold, confident bravado while also revealing a sincerity and fragility beneath the surface, which, for me, reflects the feelings of being intimate with someone for the first time,” she explains.

In tandem with new music, 2025 marks the tenth anniversary of “Hide Away,” Daya’s breakout hit. The song has achieved 4x Platinum status and amassed nearly 700 million streams, with a recent remix by Alan Walker drawing 20 million additional plays and fresh attention across platforms.

Daya is also joining Trixie Mattel for a limited set of live dates, building anticipation among longtime fans. On the performance side, she’s fresh off her feature on Dom Dolla’s “Dreamin,” which has racked up 50 million streams and continues to rise on the charts.
