To announce PICNIC AT THE CEMETERY, Bella hosted a Twitch performance art live stream to coincide with the release of ‘Ribcage’. Bella painted her “Bigheads” live, bringing the album’s world-building to life in real time while revealing the intention behind the album title, and tease the release timing within the artwork, all while interacting with fans in real time.

Bella continues to build momentum toward her debut album PICNIC AT THE CEMETERY. She graced the cover of Vogue Philippines, further cementing her presence across music and fashion. Bella made a series of high-profile appearances, most recently serving as an in-show presenter at Wednesday’s Billboard Women in Music Awards, walking Red Carpets like the Fashion Trust U.S. Gala earlier this month, sitting front row at Gucci during the two most recent Milan Fashion Weeks, and walking in this year’s AHA Red Dress Concert. Her work continues to resonate across pop culture, including her recent renditions of ‘Zombie’ and ‘Don’t Fear the Reaper’, both featured in Netflix’s Wednesday.

Bella explains that her single “‘Ribcage’ is really about my struggle with mental health and trying to protect myself from being stuck in a warped reality. Writing this song helped me process a lot of emotions I didn’t fully understand before. It’s a very honest piece of me, and it felt like the right way to begin this new chapter.”

Bella shares a look into her mind in the captivating visual. “I created the character Tooth to represent all the teeth I put under my pillow when I was a child. The tooth fairy never came, and I was left with a collection of teeth imprisoned under my pillow. I created the characters, called Bigheads, to personify each song. A lot of the stories in my past are pretty dark, but I’m able to retell them through a different lens with this world I’ve built.”
