XIE, the multifaceted DJ, producer, and singer, has released her latest EP Kick Drum Heart via Lady of the House. A love letter to house music, the project explores how rhythm can offer emotional escape and shared joy.
“These songs are all about my obsession and personal relationship with house music,” XIE says. “From Tech House to Latin House, it’s a jumping point and sonic taste of what’s to come from me.”
The EP includes fan favorites “LOVE LANGUAGE” and “Siente El Ritmo,” and builds on her classical roots and lyrical talents. XIE’s background as a violist and her experience as a performer give the project an emotional core rarely found in club-ready tracks.
