Sofia Camara’s “Parking Lot” explores the vulnerability and anger of post-breakup reflection.
Sofia Camara shares her most personal work yet with the release of “Parking Lot,” a pop ballad that peels back layers of emotional truth. The track arrives via 21 Entertainment and Universal Music Canada and marks a major milestone in Camara’s growing catalog, supported globally by Mercury Records and Polydor Records.
The single, shaped by producers Mike Wise, Nathan Ferraro, and Lowell, returns Camara to her emotional songwriting roots.
“’Parking Lot’ came from one of those moments where grief and anger blur together,” Camara states. “It’s about the mental gymnastics we do to protect ourselves… I think a lot of people will see a piece of themselves in this song.”
Having found success with “Girls Like You,” Camara continues to captivate listeners with stories that are as relatable as they are impactful. Her newest single brings that same authenticity with stripped-back vulnerability.
With more than 88 million streams and a festival debut set for Osheaga and Lollapalooza, Camara is entering her next chapter.
