Dani Thorne and RayRay’s “The Afters” channels afterparty energy with dark synths and hardstyle beats, now on Dim Mak.

Dani Thorne and RayRay have released “The Afters,” a gritty, techno-inspired track that brings the essence of late-night rave culture directly to Dim Mak. This track, Thorne’s debut with the label, combines pulsing basslines with hypnotic synths and a looping vocal line that chants, “I just wanna dance.”

RayRay added, “It was a very fun experience to sit in the studio with Dani. We absolutely made a banger. I got really excited when I heard Dani wants to tap into the hard dance scene. I always enjoy bringing the harder sound to the US music scene. Can’t wait to see what this collab will take us to!”

Dani shared that “The Afters” was inspired by her early experiences in the rave scene, saying, “The Afters is inspired by my first show as a techno artist at an Afters, and it reinvigorated my love for the rave scene. I knew I wanted to share that experience and bring The Afters home to you. Bringing this to life with RayRay was incredibly fun. She made it even nastier and we couldn’t stop laughing in our sessions. It was a blast.”

Now out on Dim Mak, “The Afters” is a hardstyle track designed to captivate fans and transport them to the heart of the rave.
