Cian Ducrot confirms Little Dreaming album, premieres video, and announces tour for summer 2025.
Irish singer, songwriter, and GRAMMY® Award winner Cian Ducrot has announced his second studio album Little Dreaming, arriving July 11 via Darkroom/Polydor/Capitol. Known for his deeply emotional songwriting and unique blend of pop and classical influences, Ducrot now steps into a more expansive soundscape with this latest release—already available for pre-order in physical and digital formats.
The album announcement comes with the release of the video for its title track, “Little Dreaming.” The video stars Lola Petticrew, Hazel Doupe, and Chris Walley—familiar faces from Ireland’s TV and film world. In a lighthearted performance, Cian transforms into fictional singer Juno Lush, a glam-pop dreamer who dons feathers and pearls while navigating the reality of band life. The visuals playfully echo the song’s message of being unapologetically true to oneself.
“I can wear my favorite pearls, like all my favorite girls,” he sings. “If it looks good on them, then I can make it work!”
Little Dreaming is a leap forward in both style and ambition for Ducrot, reflecting the influence of pop greats like Elton John, Michael Jackson, and Queen, while keeping his vulnerability intact. Created with trusted collaborators such as Lostboy, Theo Hutchcraft, Anton Göransson, and others, the album is a personal journey through love, identity, and self-discovery.
Following his recent GRAMMY® win for Best R&B Song and his acclaimed halftime performance during Ireland’s rugby match against France, Ducrot also announced a major EU/UK headlining tour. General tickets go on sale March 28 at 10am GMT, with pre-sale access for album pre-orders.
