Arima Ederra unveils “Oh God” featuring Mereba and “Really Tired,” marking her first solo release since 2022.

Arima Ederra has returned with two poignant tracks, “Oh God” featuring Mereba and “Really Tired,” produced by her frequent collaborator Teo Halm (SZA, Rosalía, Omar Apollo). These songs serve as a powerful outlet for spiritual and emotional release, capturing the essence of years marked by tumultuous world events.

Audiences were introduced to “Oh God” during Arima’s October tour with Ravyn Lenae, where she performed at venues like Webster Hall in New York and The Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles. Both tracks reflect Arima’s signature ability to weave deeply personal storytelling with ethereal R&B soundscapes, offering listeners a window into her world.

This marks her first solo release since her 2022 debut album, An Orange Colored Day (AOCD). The project earned critical acclaim for its introspective themes and innovative sound, blending recorded voice memos with reflections on spirituality, imagination, and adulthood. NPR praised AOCD as “a weightless form of R&B that simmers in the ether like incense,” showcasing Arima’s unique approach to music.

With “Oh God” and “Really Tired,” Arima Ederra continues to craft music that resonates on both an emotional and spiritual level. These tracks pave the way for more releases in 2025, solidifying her place as a powerful voice in modern R&B.
