Produced by Brandon Hood with Tom Bukovac, ‘She’s Good’ marks Brandon Wisham’s fourth release with Highway Find momentum.

For Brandon Wisham, a new single is also a statement of intent. ‘She’s Good’ arrives as a full tilt country rock banger, the fourth release from the 22 year old artist, and a showcase for voice and songcraft in equal measure. LISTEN to ‘She’s Good’ HERE.

The inspiration and purpose are best expressed in his own words. “Myself, Jared Conrad, and Chandler Baldwin wrote ‘She’s Good,’ which is a feel-good song bottling sunshine and a light breeze with each lyric — yet a story that channels heartbreak, marrying the two ideas to make you feel both emotions,” says Wisham. That balance comes through in the verses, “If I’m Johnny, she’s June, yeah, she melts me with the bluest/Eyes that I’ve ever seen/I’m a little hell-bent, she’s an angel heaven-sent/Too good for a guy like me,” and it explodes at the chorus, “She’s good/As that Gulf Coast weather/Late July, 85, nothing better/Like mama’s apple pie, cold beer Friday nights/Like a bait-takin’, record-breakin’ bass on the line”, with the final turn, “She’s good/As it gets in a country song/Too bad she’s good as gone.”

Production by Brandon Hood, whose work includes Ty Myers and Mackenzie Carpenter, gives the record spark and scale. The session features A list talent like Tom Bukovac, a multi award winning guitarist recognized for work with Vince Gill, Willie Nelson, and more. Blazing guitars, pounding drums, bright keyboard melodies, and punchy background vocals drive the sound.

This week brought label news as well. Capitol Music Group announced a signing with Wisham in partnership with The Core Records. Entertainment Focus has hailed him as a “bold new voice in country music”. He debuted in March with ‘Back Together’, followed with ‘Better Than The Day’ in May as his first feature on SiriusXM’s The Highway, and earned a Highway Find designation with ‘Growin’ Up’ in June.

His roots shape the narrative. Raised in Williamston, South Carolina, Wisham wrote the heartrending ‘Pain Won’t Last’ at age 19 about losing his father to Covid. He cut his own version for 2023’s platinum certified ‘Religiously. The Album.’, supported Bailey Zimmerman on a major tour that launched in Los Angeles in early 2024, joined Josh Ross on the road, and made a CMA Fest debut this June.
