FELIVAND channels emotional clarity on her new album, shaped by therapy and intuitive songwriting.

With her new album my body’s my true north, FELIVAND steps into an emotionally liberated phase of her artistry. Out now, the release is paired with the announcement of headline shows from September to October, marking a new era both sonically and personally.

The album’s central message is clear: trust your body. In FELIVAND’s own words:

“When I listen to what my body’s telling me, it feels like an unwavering light at the end of the tunnel, an orienting point. Something fixed like a ‘true north’, while everything else around it spins. When I follow thought, i’m in with everything that’s spinning.”

This statement speaks to the process behind the music. Following therapy sessions, FELIVAND became increasingly aware of the stories her body had stored. She let those stories guide her songwriting — favoring intuition over structure.

The result is a collection of tracks that feel lived-in, reflective, and deeply human. While her previous album Ties emphasized polish and precision, my body’s my true north leans into organic evolution and emotional truth.

Each song is a snapshot of surrender — moments when emotion leads and the mind steps back. FELIVAND delivers these with clarity, restraint, and remarkable intimacy.
