Puerto Rican artist Rubí returns with “la de arca,” a reflective song bridging R&B and Latin trap.

In “la de arca,” Puerto Rico’s Rubí strips back the noise to focus on something more potent: the truth. Her newest single is an R&B-trap hybrid that captures the emotional disorientation of heartbreak — when your mind says move on, but your heart lags behind.

The production remains minimalist, letting Rubí’s evocative vocal lead the experience. Midway, listeners encounter a hard truth via reggaetón heavyweight Arcangel, who states:

“No sigas a tu corazón, porque tu corazón no te va a llevar a ningún lado.”

The line lands like a reality check — a pivotal shift from lament to introspection.

Rubí’s creative identity is shaped by years of artistic expression. From childhood poems to stage performances and now deeply personal songwriting, she’s become a voice of emotional authenticity in música urbana.

Since releasing “Deseo Salvaje,” she’s shared tracks like “me extrañas? :(,” “RIAA,” and “Corazón Prestao,” and collaborated with genre-challenging artists including Jotaerre and TORRRES.

With 400,000+ streams and the backing of OD Entertainment, Rubí is quickly building a reputation not just for her sound, but her sincerity. “la de arca” continues that trend — a story of emotional courage told in under three minutes.
