“It’s as if Tate McRae made a song for a 2am warehouse rave,” the duo explain. “This song screams lust to us and that’s what we were aiming to convey with the lyrics, melodies, vocal production, and track.”
On tour, “Pick Up The Tempo” has already established its emotional punch, with Z3LLA calling its first live performance a surreal milestone. Their Phase 2 tour opened with strong energy, including shows with Galantis, and looks toward a peak at Breakaway Festival later this year.
