JOHN SUMMIT, GORGON CITY

Electronic heavyweights John Summit and Gorgon City unite for a rhythmic summer anthem with Rhys From The Sticks.

In a powerful affirmation of creativity and connection, John Summit and Gorgon City come together for their debut joint release, “Is Everybody Having Fun?”, featuring vocals by Rhys From The Sticks. Out now via Darkroom Records, Experts Only, and Realm Records, the track marks a celebratory union of two influential forces in electronic music.

A meeting of rhythmic precision and stylistic freedom, the single delivers crisp tech house production underpinned by a chopped vocal that acts as both hook and invitation. The result? A statement track aimed at reminding us all why we fell in love with dance music in the first place.

“I wanted to make a proper club record to kick off summer and my first Ibiza headline dates,” says Summit. “The cheeky lyrics… I think help remind clubbers on the dancefloor to let loose & have some fun.”

For Gorgon City, the collaboration has been years in the making. “We’ve known John for a while and have been meaning to get a collab done for ages… it’s great to have it coming out ready for festival season!”

The history between the artists includes mutual remixes and a notable back-to-back performance in Chicago. That shared evolution resonates throughout the track, which feels both personal and communal — a conversation between artists and fans, past and present.

With live performances, social media momentum, and critical anticipation aligned, “Is Everybody Having Fun?” becomes more than a release — it’s a moment of catharsis. A call to dance, to connect, and to revel in the pulse of what’s next.
