The Favors debut with a nostalgic new single and album “The Dream”, out September 19 via Darkroom.

The Artist Voice focuses on process and creative integrity. FINNEAS and Ashe, bonded through years of collaboration and friendship, unveil their new project The Favors with the release of “The Little Mess You Made.”

The track ushers in The Dream, an album they describe as a no-rules creation rooted in emotional storytelling and vintage textures. Crafted between Los Angeles and Nashville, the album blends modern songwriting with a reverence for Laurel Canyon’s golden age.

“This is the way every artist dreams of making an album,” says Ashe. “People don’t sing together anymore when they’re recording, but it was so romantic and fun.” FINNEAS adds, “It’s a true ‘long-play album’ in its real intended meaning…” Ashe finishes, “I want you to feel simultaneously warm, fuzzy, and heartbroken at the same time.”

With harmonies that feel lived-in and lyrics that evoke decades of memory, “The Little Mess You Made” sets a high bar for the duo’s shared vision.
