Claudia Valentina is back with “Candy,” a provocative, genre-defying single released via Electric Feel. Pulling inspiration from Kelis’ iconic “Milkshake” hook, Claudia reinvents it with a darker tone, adding layers of bold femininity and confidence.
“I like to release music the same way I make it, what I feel like at the time ‘cause a bad bitch can be many things in one day and ‘Candy’ is like a taste of that other side. Ear candy moments, ‘cause boring pop gives me the ick,” Claudia shares.
The music video for “Candy” paints that statement in vivid colors. Featuring Claudia leading a crew of women across a scenic field and dusty backroads—riding vintage cars and ATVs—the visual contrasts power and play, echoing the track’s lyrical and sonic boldness. “The video for ‘Candy’ I’ve had on my mood board for around 6 years, and for it to finally come to life feels super exciting,” she says.
