Sebastian Schub’s “Scared of Screaming” is out now, with debut EP “Sing Like Madonna” due June 6.
Sebastian Schub has released “Scared of Screaming,” a track he calls the most emotionally significant on his upcoming debut EP Sing Like Madonna, due June 6 via Island EMI / Capitol Records.
Produced by Dann Hume in Barry Island, Wales, the single showcases Schub’s rich voice and confessional lyricism. “The lyrics were slowly gathering on a note on my phone… until I met the wonderful Dann Hume and Theo Hutchcraft.”
From his beginnings in Hamburg’s youth opera academy to nighttime busking on London’s South Bank, Schub’s journey has been anything but ordinary. His voice, shaped through countless live performances and a deep study of language and literature, is one that resonates far beyond his years.
Having collaborated with Steve Fitzmaurice, Rob Kirwan, and Dann Hume, Schub now readies his debut EP and a series of major performances, including dates in NYC and LA, plus a July 4 support slot for Noah Kahan in London.
