“Skill Of Love” by Alex Wann & Shimza blends hypnotic rhythm and emotional depth. Out now via Helix Records.

Helix Records releases “Skill Of Love,” the much-anticipated single from Alex Wann and Shimza. First introduced during a B2B at Miami Music Week and again at the Pyramids of Giza, the track now gets its global release.

“Skill Of Love” is built on layers of subtle tension: bright, emotive piano chords mix with an airy, looping vocal and a haunting low-end, resulting in a sound that’s both spacious and immersive.

Alex Wann’s star has continued to rise since the release of “Milkshake,” which was championed by Keinemusik, Diplo, and Pete Tong. His recent performances at Panorama, Brunch Electronik, and IMS Dalt Vila have further solidified his position on the international scene. He’s known for genre-blending releases and high-caliber remixes, including recent work for Route 94 and WhoMadeWho.

Shimza is a leading force in South Africa’s global afrotech expansion. His collaborations range from CamelPhat to Elderbrook, and his new radio show “Karma Karma” has quickly reached over one million weekly listeners. His Kunye brand continues to grow, with a key UK event coming this June at High Lights Festival in London.
