Coco Jones shares “You,” a tender R&B ballad ahead of debut album “Why Not More?”, arriving April 25.
In her latest single “You,” Coco Jones steps into emotional intimacy with poise and power. Released via High Standardz/Def Jam Recordings, the track gives another glimpse into her debut album Why Not More?, set to arrive April 25.
Produced by London On Da Track alongside Boobie, Phil the Keys, Hero, Banger Slanger, and 2K, “You” is a heartfelt exploration of the vulnerability that comes with falling for someone. The track’s stripped yet lush production allows Coco’s vocal clarity to shine, as she communicates the raw sweetness of emotional openness.
Directed by David KA, the visualizer accompanying “You” leans into this softness—underscoring Coco’s message that love, in all its forms, deserves to be seen and felt fully.
“You” joins the album’s previously released singles “Most Beautiful Design” and “Here We Go (Uh-Oh),” the latter of which garnered two GRAMMY nominations at this year’s awards. Last year, Coco earned five nominations and took home a win for “ICU,” which was honored as R&B Performance of the Year.
Despite having yet to release a full album, Coco’s accolades continue to mount. She was also nominated for an MTV VMA in the Push Performance category, further proving her impact across platforms and generations.
This summer, she’ll bring Why Not More? to life on tour, with performances across the U.S., Canada, U.K., and Europe.
“You” is a declaration of affection, confidence, and creative maturity—an invitation to experience Coco Jones in her most honest light yet.
