“Case Closed” from Pebbles&TamTam blends glitch-pop and party chaos in a high-impact release via Atlantic Records.
Emerging pop duo Pebbles&TamTam make a major creative statement with the release of “Case Closed,” their latest single via Atlantic Records. This new offering arrives with a music video that taps into the untamed vibe of Y2K-era house parties—sweaty, wild, and endlessly fun.
Describing the inspiration, the duo says, “The song sounds like the night we never had in high school. Like the parties shown to us in films like Project X, Mean Girls, and Superbad.”
“Case Closed” was co-produced by Boston & Pat, Karma Kid, and Jay Moon, whose previous work includes artists like Tinashe, Bakar, and SG Lewis. Pebbles&TamTam’s track explodes with glitch-laced synths, deep bass grooves, and hard-hitting rhythms. Swinging between underground pop, hip-hop, and dance music, it captures the duo’s distinct sonic identity—one that doesn’t play by the rules.
The chorus is bold and memorable: “I feel so elated, like what did I smoke? It’s me who keep killing ‘em all, the case is closed.”
Originally meeting at Berklee College of Music, the duo broke through in 2024 with their viral debut “PINK LIKE SUKI,” earning more than 12.3 million Spotify streams and 25,000 TikTok creations. With subsequent singles like “CARDIAC,” “RINSE&REPEAT,” and “DECLINED,” they’ve continued to explore new territory in pop’s ever-expanding landscape.
“Case Closed” marks not just a new track, but a clear statement: Pebbles&TamTam are creating a world of their own—and they’re inviting you to dance in it.
