Cian Ducrot delivers another emotionally charged single with “Who’s Making You Feel It,” a playful piano pop anthem now streaming via Darkroom/Polydor/Capitol. Known for his ability to capture universal emotions in his music, the GRAMMY®-nominated Irish artist balances heartfelt storytelling with witty lyricism in this vibrant new release.
Co-written with Lostboy and Theo Hutchcraft, and debuted live during his New Year’s Eve show at Dublin Castle, the song takes a candid look at the post-breakup urge to compare yourself to your ex’s new partner. With lines like, “Did he promise you a UFO? ‘Cause I know that you’ve been asking for a bit of space,” the song blends humor and honesty into a relatable anthem.
Cian describes the song as: “One big, ‘Tell me, is this new guy better than me?’ It’s about those universal feelings of curiosity and jealousy when you see your ex moving on. It also marks the start of a new creative chapter for me, one where I feel free to express myself without limits.”
Accompanying the single is a cinematic music video, directed by Jasmine De Silva. Filmed in Hungary, the video introduces a glamorous Hollywood-inspired aesthetic with choreography that reflects Cian’s growing artistic range.
After a landmark year that included his No. 1 album Victory and a GRAMMY® nomination for SZA’s “Saturn,” Cian continues to prove why he’s one of the most compelling artists of his generation. “Who’s Making You Feel It” is another step forward in his remarkable journey.
