Mike Sabath’s new single “June” is an emotional anthem inspired by family and hope for the future. Out now via The Orchard.
Multi-talented artist and producer Mike Sabath has shared “June,” a deeply personal single inspired by the birth of his niece. Released via The Orchard, this introspective pop anthem showcases Sabath’s signature blend of heartfelt storytelling and rich musicality.
“June” was born on the same day as its namesake. Reflecting on its creation, Sabath says, “I wrote this song while feeling the overwhelm of pain in our world and scared for my niece June who was born the day I wrote it. Amidst all of that pain though, there’s still so much beauty and magic, and it’s our responsibility and the responsibility of the next generation to put energy towards that magic and making our shared world better for each other.”
Growing up in Katonah, New York, Sabath discovered his passion for music through childhood jam sessions, which eventually led to a career producing hits for major stars like Sabrina Carpenter and Shawn Mendes. With “June,” Sabath returns to a more personal approach, crafting a song that captures the warmth of family while inviting listeners to reflect on the beauty and challenges of life.
As Sabath embarks on this next phase of his solo career, “June” sets the tone for what’s to come, offering a heartfelt message of love and hope. The track is now available on all streaming platforms.
